Presently a private investor, Illinois resident Paul Liska has served on the boards of a number of companies, including Bushnell Corporation and Hunter Fan, and has engaged with New York private equity firms in industrial partner capacities. In the course of his career, Paul Liska has played a role in the remediation of portfolio companies through efforts that include guiding portfolio-wide projects and undertaking due diligence.

Aschief financial officer with Motorola from 2008 to 2009, Paul Liska guided the full range of financial reporting functions, as well as strategic planning and analysis. He also oversaw the company's global enterprise-wide supply chain and real estate activities.
